核迁移试验在香菇交配型分析中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 在四极性的担子菌香菇中,由于没有明确的形态差异,交配型分析中两种不亲和反应即A=B≠和A≠B=,难以相互区别.在利用原生质体单核化对5个供试香菇菌株进行常规交配型分析的基础上,采用核迁移试验对各菌株孢子单核体的交配型组合进行了鉴定.结果表明,5个菌株中有4个菌株观察到核迁移现象,核迁移仅出现于A=B≠反应中而不出现于A≠B=反应中.总的说来,由于该方法通常可清楚区分A=B≠和A≠B=反应,因此,用于香菇交配型因子的准确鉴定是行之有效的. During the mating type analysis of the to distinguish mating reactons between A = B # differences. In this study, based on the regular tetrapolar basidiomycetes Lentinula edodes, It is difficult and A # B = due to the lack of definite morphological mating type analysis of 5 L. edocles strains by means of protoplasting monokaryotization, the nuclear migration test was used for identification of mating type fac- tors of monkaryons derived from each of these strains. The result showed that, using this method, 4 out of the 5 L. edodes strains occurred nuclear migration. The nuclear migration occurred only in A = B # but not in A ~ B = .Therefore the nuclear migration test can usually discriminate definitely mating reactions be- tween A = B # and A # B =, and it is a effective method for exactly identification of mating type factors of L. edodes.
