深黄被孢霉高产多不饱和脂肪酸菌株的诱变育种

Breeding of a High Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids Yield with Mortierella Isabellina by Mutation

为获得多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFAs)高产菌株,以深黄被孢霉(Mortierella isabellina)As3.3410为出发菌株,采用紫外线、亚硝基胍(NTG)联合诱变处理,经乙酰水杨酸推理选育,最终获得优化的变异菌株NO.1-112,其生长能力和产油能力较强。研究结果表明:其生物量为24.71 g/L、油脂产量为20.02 g/L,PUFAs产量为4.67 g/L,分别比原始菌株提高202.45%、580.06%和267.72%,并且遗传稳定。

In order to obtain a high yield of PUFAs strain,the original strain Mortierella isabellina As3. 3410 was treated by ultraviolet and NTG in the study;through rational screened by aeetylsalieylie acid, finally a mutant named N01 -112 was obtained with high growth vigor; its biomass concentration can satisfy further fermentation for PUFAs production. The results of the paper showed that the biomass of the strain was 24.71 g/L,the yield of oil as 20.02 g/L,the PUFAs production as 4.67 g/L,which were 202.45 % ,580.06 % and 267.72 % higher than that of the initial strain, respectively and genetie stability.
