多巴丝肼片方案治疗帕金森病患者的临床探讨

Clinical study on the application of Madopar regimen in treatment of patients with Parkinson's disease

目的探讨多巴丝肼片(美多芭)方案治疗帕金森综合征的临床效果。方法回顾性分析98例帕金森病患者的临床资料,其中,A组(美多芭治疗)24例,B组(美多芭+吡贝地尔治疗)34例,C组(美多芭+盐酸苯海索片治疗)40例。比较三组患者的临床治疗效果。结果所有患者在治疗半年后,B组、C组的有效率显著高于A组,同时B组的效果显著高于其他两组(P<0.05),B组患者UPDRS的评分显著低于A、B两组(P<0.05)。结论美多芭联合多巴胺受体激动剂吡贝地尔协同治疗帕金森综合征,可明显改善患者的运动功能和生活质量,其疗效显著,值得临床广泛推广和应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Madopar regimen in treatment of patients with Parkinson＇s disease. Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with Parkinson＇s disease were retrospectively analyzed, all these patients were grouped into 3 groups, 24 patients in group A were treated with Madopar regimen, 34 patients in group B were treated with Madopar plus piribedil and 40 patients in group C were trea- ted with Madopar plus artane therapy. Clinical effect of these three groups had been compared. Results Effective rate in Madopar and piribedil group was 88.9%, it was 83.3% in Madopar and artane group and 74.3 % in Madopar group, and their difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. UPDRS had been applied for evaluation of their effect, and there was significant improvement in Madopar and piribedil group （ group B）. Conclu- sion The clinical effect of Madopar regimen in treatment of patients with Parkinson~ disease is good, and it can significantly improve the motor function and quality of life of patients.
