309枚种植义齿临床疗效分析

The clinical curative effect analysis of 309 cases with implant teeth

目的：评价种植义齿固定修复的临床效果及其相关影响因素.方法：2004年6月-2009年5月为232例患者植入了309颗种植体,术后3～9个月种植体稳固,种植体系统分别为一段式Ti螺旋形种植体（前牙区）、一段式Ti叶状种植体（后牙区）.随访3～5年.结果：经过5年的观察,在总共309枚种植体中,螺旋形189枚,成功169枚；叶状120枚,成功111枚.结论：严格选择适应证是保证种植成功的前提条件,术后合理使用和维护、发现问题及时纠正是种植牙成功的关键因素.

Objective：To investigate the clinical results of 309 dental implants and evaluate the influential factors. Meth- ods ： From June 2004 to May 2009,309 implants were implanted in 232 tooth extracted patients, the implants became stable af- ter 3 ~ 9 months ,the implant system were Ti helical implant （ anterior teeth） and Ti blade implant （ posterior teeth）. Results ： After 5 years of observation, in a total of 309 implants, spiral type 189,169 success, blade type 120,111 success. Conclusion ： Strict selection of indication is precondition of successful implantation, postoperative proper use and maintenance, correcting the problems in time, are key factors in dental implant success.
