摘要
县级公立医院是我国公立医院改革的突破口,而县级公立医院改革的成败取决于制度安排的合理性。从一个理念和三个角度探讨公立医院的制度安排,为县级公立医院综合改革提供理论参考。
As the breakthrough of reform on state-owned hospitals in China, success or failure of reform on county state- owned hospitals depends on the reasonability of system arrangement. The system arrangement of county state-owned hospitals was discussed from one concept and three viewpoints, which can provide theoretical reference for comprehensive reform on county state-owned hospitals.
