成都市门诊患者就医影响因素分析及对策

Analyzing the factors to influence outpatient admission in Chengdu and its countermeasures

目的:了解成都市不同等级医院门诊患者的就医行为及其影响因素,为不同等级医院制定经营管理策略提供参考。方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法,按医院等级随机抽取成都市不同等级医院的门诊患者共301名以面对面的方式进行意向性问卷调查。结果:门诊患者就医时很看重医院检查结果准确性、医师技术水平、医护态度、收费合理性和护士技术等因素,且这些因素在不同等级医院患者的关注程度中都是排在前5位。患者的性别和文化程度对有些影响因素的关注程度是有影响的。结论:各级医院都应重视其技术、设备、服务和价格,不同等级的医院应结合自身实际,采取相应的策略,使自身不断完善和发展。

Abstract Objective To study the behaviors ancl factors to influence outpatient admission in Chengdu, and provide references for making hospital management strategies. Methods 301 cases of outpatients were chosen from 3 hospitals with different grades in Chengdu by stratified random sampling, and investigated with questionnaires. Results The main influencing factors for outpatients to choose hospitals were careful examination with accurate results, doctors＇ professional skills, medical workers＇ attitude, reasonable charges and nurses＇ skills ,which ranked in top 5 among outpatients in hospitals of different grade. And the patients＇ different gen- der and education background also had influence on them. Conclusion All hospitals in different grades should pay attention to their medical technology, equipments, service and price, and adopt practical strategies to improve themselves.
