摘要
目的:探讨TBL教学模式在营养与食品卫生学理论教学中的应用效果。方法:2008级预防医学专业1班41名学生为对照组,2班40名学生为实验组,对照组采用LBL教学法,实验组采用TBL教学法,通过课程考试和调查问卷进行评估,教学中对实验组中个人测试成绩和团体测试成绩进行分析。结果:课程考试结果显示实验组成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.01),实验组优良成绩分布好于对照组(P<0.01)。实验组中个人测试成绩平均分为6.28分,团队测试成绩平均分为9.81分(满分10分),分值较前提高35.3%,成绩差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。调查问卷显示,95%的学生认为TBL教学有助于增强团队协作意识,82.5%的学生认为TBL教学法优于LBL教学法。结论 TBL教学模式有利于提高学生学习的主动性和团队协作精神,以及综合运用知识分析和解决问题的能力,提高了教学效果。
Objective To investigate application effect of TBL teaching model in nutrition and food hygiene's theory teaching. Methods Taking 41 prevention medical professional students of Class One from grade 2008 as the control group,40 students from Class Two as the experimental group. The control group was taught by LBL methods,while the experimental group was taught by TBL methods. Results were assessed by course examination and questionare survey. Scores of individual test and group test were analyzed in teaching process. Results Results of course examination showed that scores of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group( P 〈0.01 ), the experimental group was better than the control group in the excellent performance distribution( P 〈0.01 ). With a total score of 10 ,the average scores of individual test were 6.28 ,while the group test were 9.81 in the experimental group,which showed significant performance differences statistically ( P 〈 0.01 ). The survey indicated that 95 percent of students believed that TBL method would contribute to enhance the sense of teamwork. 82.5 percent of students be- lieved that TBL teaching method was better than the LBL teaching method. Conclusion TBL teaching model can help to improve the students" learning initiative and team spirit, as well as the ability to analyse on the integrate use of knowledge ability to solve problems ,improve the teaching effect.
