启备变掉闸事故分析及其应对策略

摘要 针对兴能发电厂02号启备变运行中一次事故,由辅助系统的绝缘不合格有关,部分负荷开关未投接地保护,造成零序过流t1、t2均动作出口保护跳闸,使整个系统失电,发现了变压器制造质量问题及系统接线不完善等问题,3#机组高备变运行掉闸与,同时发现一些亟待改进的问题;设备、人为等因素综合作用下是导致高备变掉闸事故的重要原因,给电厂安全生产带来了隐患。对事故原因进行了详细的分析,并提出了防范措施。 In an accident happened in running the 02 standby transformer in Xingneng Power Plant, because the insulation of the auxiliary system was unqualified and some of the load switches were not in grounding protection, zero sequence overcurrent t1, t2 acted to protect tripping, resulting in power failure of the whole system. Problems like manufacturing quality problems and system wiring imperfect of the transformer were found, tripping accident happed in running 3^# units high-standby transformer, at the same some issues need improve were found. Combined effect of equipment, human and other factors was the important reason led to the tripping of high-standby transformer, which brought hazards to safe production of the plant. Analyzes the cause of the accident in detail, arid proposes preventive measures.
