深水Spar钻采储运平台系泊系统研究 被引量:10

摘要 针对一种新型的深水立柱式Spar钻井生产储卸油平台(spar drilling production storage offloading,简称SDPSO)的特点,对其进行系泊系统方案研究;按照南海1500m设计水深,给出两种系泊系统方案,并进行了数值模拟计算;结果表明:在百年一遇的台风环境条件下,所设计的两种系泊系统均能满足要求;其中,钢链.尼龙缆.钢链系泊缆的系泊系统有更好的性能。同时,对SDPSO平台在340m水深的适应性进行了研究,并针对其特点及立管设计要求,对系泊系统进行了设计研究及进行了数值计算。研究结果表明:该平台水深适应性良好,系泊系统最大张力及平台总体运动均能满足设计要求。 For a new deep-water Spar Drilling Production Storage Offioading (SDPSO) platform with 1500m water depth in South China Sea, two types of mooring systems were investigated using numerical time domain simulations. Under 100 year return typhoon environment condition, both types of mooring systems were found to meet the design requirement while the chain-polyester rope-chain mooring line configuration gives better performance. A study of the SDPSO mooring system in 340m water depth is also performed with consideration of its motion characteristics and design requirements for top-tensioned riser. The results show that the SDPSO has good suitability in the studied water depth range, with the maximum mooring line tension and global motions all meeting the design requirements.
