摘要
论文提出一种新型的干树半潜浮式生产平台概念。其创新点是把平台的立柱和甲板分开,从而使平台的主要尺度能够根据稳性和运动的优化要求进行独立选型。针对干树生产平台的技术要求,围绕稳性、控制垂荡运动及横、纵摇运动特性,对平台主尺度进行了优选,使其具有良好的稳性,同时又保证其垂向运动的固有频率高于波浪能量频率,并且使波浪力在波浪能量周期内有相对的抵消。分析证明,新型平台的稳性满足规范设计要求,并且运动性能良好。针对南中国海1500m深水环境,对采用传统的钢材料的锚泊系统和人造聚酯材料的锚泊系统进行了分析计算,验证两种系泊系统均能满足要求。最后,论文总结指出:新型的干树半潜平台是中国南海深水油气田开发的一种有效形式。
New concept of dry tree Semi-submersible platform is presented in this paper. The concept is based on an innovative solution of separating columns and deck of the semi-sUbmersible platform, so that the key dimensions of the platform can be independently tuned to maintain good stability and desired natural frequencies of the platform in vertical motion. The platform configuration is carefully selected so that its natural frequencies in vertical motion are well above wave energy frequency and wave force cancelation effect is fully utilized in the period of large wave energy. In this way, satisfactory motions can be achieved. Stability of the new platform is analyzed and the results indicate that the stability meets the design code and safety requirements. For water depth 1500 m in the South China Sea, two types of mooring systems using conventional steel material and synthetic material respectively are investigated and both mooring systems investigated are found to meet design requirements. It is concluded that the developed dry tree semisubmersible platform has good stability and motion characteristics and is suitable for deepwater development in the South China Sea.
