深海油（气）田开发工程勘察，国内尚处于起步、摸索和积累经验的阶段。了解和掌握深水工程勘察特点、勘察内容和技术方法与手段，做好勘察规划和方案设计，保证深水油气田开发工程的设计与施工顺利实施，是石油公司深水油气田安全可靠、经济合理开发的重要保障。本文从石油公司的角度出发探讨深水油气田开发工程勘察的影响因素，提出规划深水油气田工程勘察的原则，为深水勘察的合理规划和设计、技术要求的编制以及勘察施工监理提供参考。

Engineering survey of deepwater oil and gas fields in China is at the beginning stage with continuing exploration to accumulate experience. Learning and mastering characteristics, scope, and techniques of deepwater engineering survey, effectively conducting survey planning and scheme design, and rationally carrying out design and construction are the key points to ensure project safe and economic development. This paper presents impact factors in regards to deepwater oil and gas field engineering survey from the perspective of an offshore company, which provides a suggestive reference for realizing engineering design, compiling technical requirements, and supervising execution.
