摘要
LW3-1中心处理平台位于南海,水深205米,属于大水深导管架平台。导管架采用滑移装船、滑移下水;上部组块重量巨大,采用浮托法安装就位。本文对南海海况下,大水深导管架在前期结构设计方案阶段中的结构安全、正常使用、运输时重量控制、下水时的浮力控制等关键技术问题进行了探讨,提出了一系列的技术措施与优化原则,为后续的基本设计及详细设计奠定了良好的基础。该研究对处于临界水深的导管架的设计具有较强的参考价值,可以为以后设计同类的结构提供有益的借鉴。
Lw3-1 central platform located in the South China Sea with depth 205 m is a type of deep water jacket platform. Its jacket should be transported by barge with sliding shipment and sliding launching, and its topsides should be installed with float-over method because of its huge weight. In this paper, key technical problems, such as structure safety, normal use, weight control and buoyancy control, are discussed in the South China Sea environment. A series of technical measures and optimization principles are given, which have laid a good foundation for the follow-up basic design and detailed design. The study has a strong reference value for design of jackets on critical depth of water, and can provide beneficial reference for similar structure design in the future.
