摘要
针对管道焊接过栏目动化中存在的困难,提出了一种抗十扰性好、买时性两的焊缝跟踪系统。根据弧光光谱分析选择特定波长的滤光片,采用工业CCD摄像机获取清晰、放大的焊缝区图像。可直接分辨焊缝及其周围的区域。研究了焊缝识别的新算法,应用DSP技术可以快速、准确地识别焊缝中心线。基于测得的钨极偏离焊缝中心的方向和距离,驱动伺服电机调节焊炬位置。试验结果证明该焊缝跟踪系统抗干扰性和实时性较好,能满足管道焊接焊缝跟踪的要求。
In order to overcome difficulties in the automation of welding processing, a seam tracking system has been developed, which has high capability of eliminating disturbance and rapid response speed. Special wavelength filter is selected based on analyzing the welding arc light spectrum, then a clear and amplified image of welding seam and its vicinity is captured using industrial CCD camera. A new image processing algorithm is proposed and DSP technology is applied to image processing. With these algorithm and technology, the central line of weld seam could be detected rapidly and precisely; deviation of tungsten electrode from central line of welding seam in both direction and distance could be calculated out; a servo motor is driven to adjust the position of welding torch, Experimental result shows that the system has strong capability of eliminating the disturbance and fast response speed, and meets the requirements of welding seam tracking.
