船舶电气电缆敷设存在的问题及施工工艺的研究

船舶电气电缆敷设是船舶电气安装中的关键环节，电缆敷设工艺的质量直接影响到船舶配电系统是否能正常、安全地工作，电气设备是否能有效、可靠地运转；船舶电力系统的使用寿命与电缆敷设工艺是紧密相关的。论文在归纳船舶电气电缆敷设的一些常见问题的基础上，归纳总结了海油工程电气及控制系统常用的施工工艺；结合CCS／ABS规范，将现有的电缆敷设施工工艺与船舶建造结合起来，研究编制出船舶电气电缆敷设施工工艺，解决了施工现场电缆敷设时存在的问题，提高了现场施工质量。

Shipping construction cable laying is a key link in the process of shipping electrical installation, and quality of cable laying directly affects the safety of ship power distribution system and the reliablity of electric equipment. In a manner of speaking, service life of a ship power system is closely related to cable laying process.With respect to some common problems in shipbuilding cable laying, construction technology applied in electrical and control systems in CNOOC engineering is summarized. Combining with CCS/ABS specifications, the shipping electrical cable laying construction technology is studied. With the problem in cable laying construction solved, quality of site construction is improved.
