基于澳标AS2885低温服役S460级别高强管道钢焊接工艺开发与应用

摘要 论文依托公司在建澳大利Gorgon LNG项目,针对项目中出现的S460级别高强管道钢API 5L X65的焊接,设计与开发了满足澳大利亚AS2885.2标准的多种焊接工艺,并成功应用于该项目。AS2885.2标准在X65管道上的应用在国内实属首次,二氧化碳气体保护焊及机械埋弧焊等高效焊接工艺的研发与应用填补了国内外同行业的空白;与手工焊相比,二氧化碳气体保护半自动焊的焊接效率提高约5倍,机械埋弧焊的焊接效率提高约9倍。 With respect to level $460 high strength pipeline steel API 5L X65 in Australia Gorgon Pars LNG project, manifold welding processes are designed and developed in accordance with standard AS2885.2. Development and application of FCAW-G and SAW welding processes has improved welding efficiency greatly. It is the first time that these welding processes are used in China offshore engineering. Execution of AS2885.2 has enriched welding system and enhanced company's competitive ability. Moreover, comparing with SMAW, welding efficiencies of FCAW-G and SAW have increased by 5 and 9 times respectively.
