摘要
香港支线海底管道工程是“中油海101”铺管船的首次工程应用,该项目路由复杂,航道段水深变化大。为了保证“中油海101”铺管船的安全和管线准确铺设至管道路由,采用水动力软件,并基于三维绕辐射势流理论,结合铺管船在航道内铺管作业移锚时所受的风、浪、流等环境载荷的作用,考虑船舶所受一阶波频力和波浪慢漂力等外部作用力,对铺管船的锚泊系统进行分析;评估了船舶锚泊系统在各种载荷综合作用下的作业安全性,给出了不同海况下铺管船安全作业的包络曲线,为现场施工提供了数据参考支持。
In the Pipeline engineering of Hong Kong constructed by "101" pipe-laying vessel, the route is complex and channel depth variation is large. In order to ensure the safety of pipe-laying vessel and the accuracy of the engineering, the security of pipe-laying ship's mooring system is analyzed based on three dimensional potential flow and radiation theory. With the help of hydrodynamic software, and considering the external forces component at first-order wave frequency and wave slow drift, security of the mooring system is evaluated under load of wind, wave and flow. Envelope curve of ship safety is given under various sea conditions. The research provides reference data for site construction.
