浅谈海洋工程的投资管理

Management of Investment to Offshore Engineering

海洋工程是一个高投入、高风险、高科技的行业，不采取先进的技术管理企业，就会面临亏损、甚至赔本。论文从四个方面论述海洋工程的投资管理：（1）列举海洋工程的投资，（2）运用现代管理技术优化工程方案，（3）运用网络计划技术对工程项目管理，（4）完善机制、提高管理水平。

Offshore engineering is one of the special industries with great investment, huge risk and high technique. If the enterprise couldn＇t develop suitable management pattern, advanced philosophy and skills, it would face risk, and even bring large losses to the country. This article elaborated four aspects as followings： （1） Different kinds of investment on offshore engineering are listed. （2） How does the enterprise utilize modern management technique to optimize engineering scheme？ （3） How does the enterprise utilize program evaluation and review technique to manage engineering projects？ （4） How does the enterprise perfect management mechanism？
