摘要
调研30所英国、美国、澳大利亚高校的数据管理服务,研究其类型及特点,在此基础上,构建数据管理服务的框架体系,并总结开展每项服务应具备的要素及实现工具,为每一项服务推荐最佳的实践案例,为国内高校开展数据管理服务提供参考。
The paper investigates the types and characteristics of data management services in 30 universities from UK, USA and Australia. Based on it,the author designs a framework system for implementing data management services, then some basic elements and the best practices for each service are recommended in order to provide a roadmap for implementing data management services in Chinese universities.
