Data Mining and Creative Website Design for Readers: Take “Library Time” for Example

厦门大学图书馆提取毕业生的借阅历史、入馆记录、论文题目等,通过创意图文设计与ROR敏捷开发,以"圕·时光"为主题构建了创意网站,用文艺小清新风格的图文讲述了毕业生的图书馆故事,传达了阅读与思考的理念,受到了毕业生的喜爱,毕业生在网上对活动进行了大量的分享和讨论,延伸了活动的意义。

By extracting graduates＇ data including borrowing history, entrance records and dissertation titles, Xiamen University library has built a creative website ＂Library Time＂ telling graduates＇ stories in the library with the style of fresh artistic literature and delivering the concepts of reading and thinking. The activity has been favored by graduates, and a large amount of sharing and discussion has furthermore ex- tended the significance of it. Creative graphics design and ROR development play crucial role in the success of the project.
