摘要
针对芦苇收割的水中环境复杂、现有收割船的收割效率低、收割的芦苇凌乱的现状,研制了一种高效率整齐化收割芦苇的收割船。该装置采用割台、分禾、扶禾、输送等机构,可以使芦苇连续收割、平稳输送、整齐铺放,适用于大面积作业,整机设计结构合理,生产效率高,操作方便,满足实际收割需求。
Based on complicated harvesting conditions of water bulrush, low efficiency of the existing harvesting ship and the messy situation of harvesting bulrush. A new high efficiency and orderly harvesting ship has been developed. This equipment adopts cutting platform, separating and supporting bulrush mechanism, crossing feed mechanism and so on. It can make continuous bulrush harvesting, smooth delivery, neat placement, and suitable for large area harvest. The experimental results: the rational design of the whole structure, high effctiveness, operate simply and meet the actual needs of the harvest.
