This thesis analyzes the reason and characteristics of the worldwide spreading wave of transnational merger and acquisition(M&A)of enterprises.The transnational M&A has two aspects of positive and negative influence on the economic development of our country.We should analyze and think about them so as to provide help for making correct choices.
