摘要
本文研究了信息资源开发的良性运行机制构建与规则建设、民众的信息意识开发和信息技术素质提高途径以及信息资源开发的社会环境优化 ,并对安徽省信息资源开发建设提出了几点建议。
In this paper,the good operation mechanism and regulations for information resources development is established.The way to improve peoples information technology quality and social circumstance optimization for information resources development are studied.Furthermore,suggestions for how to develop and construct the information resources in Anhui province are put forward.
