摘要
本文借鉴美国用户满意度指数 (ACSI) ,提出了中国房地产企业用户满意度的概念 ,拟定了用户满意度指标体系及评价的梯级度 ,列举了房地产企业用户满意度测评的实施及案例。
The essay has put forward the concept of customer satisfaction in China estate firms by using American customer satisfaction index(ACSI).It has also set up a satisfaction index system and the appraisal levels.The case and the implementation in real estate firms were enumerated.
