摘要
本研究以杭州市 1999年 11月出台的《杭州市区进一步深化住房制度改革的若干意见》为突破口 ,对杭州市民做抽样调查 ,籍此对我国实施城市住房分配货币化之路作初步探讨。本文在居民对货币化分配政策的态度及其政策出台、实施给居民带来的消费观念的变化等诸多方面作了讨论。
Based on ‘some suggestions on in-depth housing system reform at Hangzhou urban area of 1999', this study attempted to explore a road to implement the measurement of capitalizing housing assignment. We discussed the citizens' attitude toward the policy of capitalizing housing assignment and its effects on their consumer behavior.
