The staffs' faithful devote is the foundations for company live and development,but the rate of staffs floating rises up and causes a negative effect to companys benefit.Company need to take vigorous measures,include careful enlisting strategy,help stalls developing their cause,exchanging,promising economic incomes etc,to raise up the staffsdegree of faiihfulness
