摘要
本文以北京市南水北调配套工程东干渠工程施工第二标段盾构区间盾构始发施工为背景,介绍了盾构始发反力架的结构设计情况,并通过对盾构始发阶段的反力架受力监测数据分析,验证了其结构设计的合理性。研究表明:该反力架能够很好地满足盾构机始发时的稳定推进和姿态控制要求,对今后同类工程施工有很好的借鉴作用。
By taking the shield launching construction of the shield zone of the No. 2 bid-section within the project of the East Main Canal of the anciUary works to the South-to-North Water Transfer Project as the background, the structural design of the shield launching reaction frame is described herein, and then the rationality of the design is demonstrated through the analysis made on data of the monitoring on the load-bearing state of the reaction frame during the launching of the shield. The study shows that the requirements of the stable driving and posture control of the shield during its launching can be better satisfied by this re- action frame, therefore, provides a better reference for the similar project in the days to come.
