摘要
目的了解新疆地区糖尿病足患者糖尿病足疾病认知情况及影响因素。方法抽取2010年3月—2012年12月在本科室住院治疗的糖尿病足患者128例。使用自制糖尿病足相关知识问卷调查患者疾病认知情况,包括基本知识、危险因素、足部护理知识3个维度。结果本组糖尿病足患者疾病认知情况不佳,总分(48.07±8.04)分,多因素分析发现,教育程度、收入水平、婚姻状况对糖尿病足患者的疾病认知情况有影响(P<0.05),决定系数R2=0.772。结论新疆地区低收入、低学历、独身糖尿病足患者疾病认知情况较低,应加强此类患者糖尿病足知识健康教育,根据患者具体情况施行个性化指导,达到有效预防及缓解糖尿病足的效果。
Objective To investigate the cognition about diabetic foot of patients with diabetic foot and its influencing factors in Xinjiang minority areas. Methods A self-developed questionnaire including three dimension of general knowledge, risk factors and foot care knowledge was applied among 128 patients with diabetic foot from 2010 March to 2012 December who were randomly selected. Results Patients with diabetic foot were with poor cognition about diabetic foot with total score of 48.07 ~8.04 and multivariate factor analysis showed that educational background, income, marital status exerted influence on patients＇ cognition about the disease （P〈0.05） with coefficient of determination of 0.772. Conclusion A individualized health education based on patients＇ educational background, marriage status and income can effectively prevent and alleviate diabetic foot.
