随着高职院校规模和数量的不断发展,高职院校毕业生的就业压力越来越大,面对巨大的就业压力,专家学者们从不同的角度分析了原因并提出了缓解措施。从高职毕业生的角色领悟、角色学习和角色扮演的社会角色角度来解读高职毕业生的就业压力,可找出缓解高职院校毕业生就业压力的途径。

As the fast development and expansion of high vocational school in scale and quantity, its graduates are encounte- ring heavier and heavier employment pressure. Under this circumstance, experts and scholars analyze the reason form different perspectives and propose relevant countermeasures. This thesis studies the role understanding, role learning and role playing of high vocational school graduate in the aspect of employment pressure to find out solulion~
