Historical Evolution and Harmonious Development of the Relationship between Trade and Environment

"贸易=经济发展"阶段、"贸易=经济发展+控制工业污染"阶段、"发展=贸易经济+环境保护"阶段、环境与贸易的交融发展阶段,是贸易与环境和谐发展大体的历史演进过程。贸易与生态环境关系的国内外案例都显示出这样一个问题,就是无论国内还是国外都有环境与贸易发展不协调的问题。如何处理两者之间的关系直接影响到这个国家和地区的长足发展。贸易与生态环境的相关关系具有二重性,找出贸易与生态环境和谐发展的有效途径是需要重点研究的课题。

And how to deal with that relation exerts great influences on the long-term development of the country as well as the related areas. Thus, in terms of the dual character of their relation, the efficient developing ways should be focused on in studying the harmony of trade and environment.
