摘要
对高温深井而言,油基钻井液是其钻探成败的关键。室内开发了一套高温高密度油基钻井液体系,抗高温能力在220℃以上,钻井液密度可以加重到2.5g·cm-3。室内评价表明,该高温高密度油基钻井液体系的流变性好且可调、电稳定性强、抗高温能力强,可满足现场高温高压井的作业要求。
For drilling high temperature and high pressure wells,oil-based drilling fluid is still the most im- portanf means. A high temperature and high density oil-based drilling fluid system was indoor developed, which had ability to resist temperature above 220 ℃with density more than 2.5 g · cm-3 ,also had good emulsion sta- bility and low fluid loss. The laboratory evaluation showed that the high temperature and high density oil-based drilling fluid possessed good and adjustable theology,high electricai stability and h!gh resistance to high tem- perature,which could meet site operational requirements of high temperature and high pressure wells.
