摘要
慢性肾脏病(CKD)已成为威胁人类健康的一类重大疾病。CKD患者应用抗菌药物应根据患者肾功能选择合适药物并调整给药方法和剂量,加强治疗药物浓度监测,实施个体化给药。本文综述CKD患者的抗菌药物合理应用。
Chronic kidney disease （CKD） has been a major disease, which threatens human health. Application of antimicrobials in CKD patients should be in accordance with its renal function, select the proper species and adjust the methods and dose. Strengthen drug concentration monitoring, and drug administration should be individuation. This review describes rational application ofantimicrobials for CKD patients.
