恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间低钾血症病因的回顾性分析

目的恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间出现低血钾原因的回顾性分析。方法密切监护34例恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间的临床症状,并在化疗前、后对其进行血钾浓度及心电图监测,根据不同病因制定不同的治疗方案,将患者血钾水平纠正至正常范围。结果恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间引起低血钾的原因,以药物性低钾血症较多见,其次为内分泌相关性疾病,以及恶性肿瘤患者长期的化疗治疗导致呕吐、食欲降低,使摄钾量减少。结论某些疾病导致患者发生低钾血症;多种造成低钾血症的因素综合所致,应从病人的整体状况全面分析。

Objective To analyze retrospectively the cause of hypopo- tassemia in patients with malignant tumor during chemotherapy. Methods The clinical symptoms of 34 patients with malignant tumor during chemotherapy were monitored. The potassium concentration and electro- cardiogram before and after chemotherapy were determined. The different treatment schemes were designed according to the different causes. The potassium concentration was adjusted to the normal range. Results The drug- induced hypopotassemia of patients with malignant tumor during chemotherapy is more see. The second is the relationship between hypopotassemia caused by endocrine disease. Again is the long -term chemotherapy cause ,loss of appetite and cause hypopotassemia. Conclusion The causes of low blood potassium is some disease and a variety of other factors . The overall situation from the patient＇s overall analysis.
