借鉴国外经验在我国建立国外处方药与非处方药分类管理制度的意义

Significance of establishment on the classification management policy of the China prescription medicine and over-the-counter medicine based on foreign experience

处方药与非处方药分类管理制度是国际通行的药品管理模式,目前西方主要发达国家都相继建立了药品分类管理制度。我国积极推进药品分类管理制度的建立与实施。本文对国外药品分类管理制度进行了综述,并针对我国在实施该制度中出现的问题等,提出了推进我国药品分类管理制度的建议。

Prescription medicine and over- the -counter medicine classification management policy is the internationally accepted mode of drug administration. Currently, a majority of western developed countries have established medicine classification management policy. China actively promoted the establishment of drug classification management policy. This paper provides an analysis of not only drug classification management policy in major developed countries, but also problems concerning drug classification management policy of our country, and impact of the policy to the health of the public and medical health after implementation. In this article some suggestions were put forward to promote drug classification management policy in China.
