混杂再生纤维对再生混凝土强度的影响研究 被引量:19

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON HYBRID RENEWABLE FIBER EFFECT ON STRENGTH OF RECYCLED AGGREGATE CONCRETE

摘要 对于再生混凝土,目前主要研究单掺纤维进行再生混凝土的性能增强研究,而对于再生纤维,尤其是混杂再生纤维进行性能增强的研究少有涉及。基于废旧轮胎中所剥离出的钢纤维及尼龙纤维,通过27组共81个试块的基本力学性能试验,探讨再生纤维对普通再生混凝土基本力学性能的影响。分析不同掺量再生纤维对不同取代率再生混凝土抗压、抗拉及变形性能的影响,结果表明,再生纤维能够有效地增强各取代率下普通再生混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度、延性及抗裂性能,但对于抗压强度略有降低,其再生纤维的掺量优化还有待于进一步研究。 For enhanced performance of recycled aggregate concrete, researches are mainly on single fiber recycled aggregate concrete, which are rarely involved in hybrid renewable fiber on performance enhancement. Based on recycled steel fiber and nylon fiber from waste tires in the stripping, through 27 groups of 81 specimens, it was studied the basic mechanical properties and investigated the effect of recycled fiber on the basic mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete. Through the test it was analyzed the effect of different content of the recycled hybrid fiber to replace rate, tensile & compressive strength and deformation performance of the recycled aggregate concrete with different replacement rate, the results show that the recycled steel fiber can effectively enhance the splitting tensile strength, flexural strength, ductility and crack resistance of the recycled aggregate concrete with all replacement rates. But for the compressive strength decreased slightly. The content optimization of the recycled steel fiber needs further study.
