摘要
为了对某重型车变速箱噪声导致的整车车外加速噪声超标问题进行控制,通过对该车变速箱关键部位的噪声和振动进行测试与分析,发现了该车变速箱副箱齿轮啮合发射峰值噪声,其主要频率成分与整车车外加速测点噪声峰值频率相同。针对变速箱副箱齿轮啮合噪声偏大问题,对副箱齿轮采用斜齿改造,实现整车车外加速噪声降低3.9 dB(A),使整车车外加速噪声值达到国标限值以下,为对整车降噪和变速箱故障诊断提供了一种切实可行的依据。
