摘要
利用CATIA建立直齿圆柱齿轮参数化模型和面齿轮模型,将其导入ADAMS软件中,建立正交面齿轮传动系统仿真模型,通过动力学仿真,得到齿轮传动过程中的输出转速和啮合力数据,经分析与齿轮啮合理论的结论趋于一致,较真实地反映齿轮啮合过程中的载荷历程,为较准确地分析计算面齿轮疲劳寿命提供载荷历程信息输入。
Byusing CATIA, a parametric model of spur gear and a face gear model are built. After that, they are converted into ADAMS to establish the simulation model of orthogonal face gear transmission system. Through the dynamics simulation, it is received that the data of output speed and meshing force in the process of meshing. The result tended to be consistent with the conclusion of gear meshing theory by analyzing. It reflected the load history of meshing more truthfully, and the input information of load history is provided for an analysis and calculation of the face gear fatigue life more accurately.
