Design of Crank-rocker in Wrapping Execute Mechanism based on the Frendenstein Equation

摘要 在包装机械的裹包执行机构中,常用曲柄摇杆机构完成裹包的折叠工作。该类曲柄摇杆机构给定曲柄与摇杆的两组对应位置,且其中一组位置为机构的外极限位置。提出基于Frendenstein方程,用解析法设计这类机构。在给出利用Frendenstein方程设计机构过程的基础上,用极位条件给出补充方程,并采用降维求解的思想,用搜索迭代法求解。详细介绍了设计过程,并用VB联合Pro/E开发了这类机构设计的通用设计系统,能够实现这类机构的参数化设计及仿真。通过实例进行了设计及仿真验证。 The crank- rocker mechanism is often used to perform folding among the wrapping execute mechanism of packing machinery. Two sets related position of crank and rocker are given in crank - rocker mechanism, one of which is outer extreme location of mechanism. Analysis method is presented to design this kind of mechanism based on the Frendenstein equation. Based on process given to design mechanism by using the Frendenstein equation, the supplementary equation is given by applying extreme condition, dimensionality reduction method is adopted, and itera- tion method is used to solve theequations. The design processis given in detail, the universal design system of mechanism is exploited to realize parametric design and simulation of this mechanism, which uses VB and Pro/E software. The design and simulation process is verified through an example.
