摘要
辊轧是将轧制变形引入锻造生产中的一种锻造新工艺。为了解决辊轧机在工作过程中产生振动造成轧制精度降低的问题,提出运用动力学建模的方法,通过写出辊轧机系统的动力学模型,分析其振动原因,进而为提高辊轧机轧制精度、改善辊轧机轧制效率提供依据。
Rolling is a new forging process of introducing rolling deformation to forging production. In order to address the problems of rolling accuracy reduction caused by vibration during the work, the dynamics modeling method is used. By writing dynamics model of roller mill system, its vibration masons is analyzed, and the basis to improve miler mill accuracy and roller mill efficiency is provided.
