摘要
以某水润滑橡胶合金轴承模具为研究对象,采用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对模具的加热过程进行仿真分析,得到了模具的温度场分布图和温度时间曲线。针对模具能否顺利进行脱模工作,分析计算模具接触压力分布及脱模力,并与电阻片加热模具对比,发现本文模具可以更有效脱模。在注压成型机上对模具进行实验,对分析计算进行了验证,分析结论符合实验结果。
Aimed at a mould of water lubricated rubber - alloy bearing, the heat process simulation is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench softwore, the temperature distribution and temperature- time curve of the mold is got from the heat process. For behavior of auto mold open process, the contact stress and the stress of mould open is ob- tained. Compare with the stress of the heating sheet, the smoother open process of heating tube mould is found. The computation result is verified by experiment with the mould on the rubber vulcanizing machine.
