摘要
针对水润滑橡胶轴承在低速、重载条件下极易产生摩擦噪声的问题,利用复模态分析方法,计算了在有无板条以及不同板条厚度、宽度、数目的情况下产生的摩擦噪声频率的大小。研究表明:板条可以明显的减小水润滑橡胶轴承产生摩擦噪声的可能性,以及摩擦噪声的大小;增加板条厚度、减小板条宽度可以在一定程度上减小摩擦噪声;增加板条数目对减小摩擦噪声产生的可能性及其大小有一定的效果。
Under the condition of low - speed and heavy load, water lubricated rubber bearings can easily generate friction noise. By using the method of complex eigenvalue analysis, the frequency of friction noise is respectively calculated under different thickness, width and number of slat. The results revealed that, the slat can significantly reduce the possibility of friction noise, as well as the magnitude of the friction noise. Increasing the thickness of slat and decreasing the width of slat can reduce the friction noise to a certain extent. Increasing the number of slat can reduce the possibility and magnitude of friction noise.
