摘要
纵向振动变幅器是超声珩齿纵向振动系统的重要组成部分,变幅器的各种参数关系到整个纵向振动系统的性能。运用理论解析法、等效电路法、传输矩阵法来设计变幅器,3种方法的计算结果与ANSYS软件的模态分析结果以及谐振特性实验的结果一致,谐振特性实验的结果能满足超声珩齿的要求。分析了3种设计方法的优缺点及各自的适用场合,为设计变幅器时选择适当的计算方法提供了理论依据。
The calculation results of design amplitude transformer are consistent with that of modal analysis by ANSYS and resonance characteristics experiment by using theoretical analytical method, equivalent circuit method and transfer matrix method. What' s more, the results of resonance characteristics experiment meet the requirements of ul- trasonic honing. The advantages and disadvantages of the above three theoretical design methods are analyzed, as well as applicable occasions of each other, and a theoretical basis to choice appropriate method to design horn amplitude transformer is provided.
