摘要 风电齿轮箱工况复杂,同时要求高寿命,高可靠性。行星架作为齿轮箱主要承载部件结构复杂,往往通过铸造工艺制造,并依据相关标准对高应力区域无损探伤,以检测高应力区域的潜在体积缺陷。依据BS7910规范,以风电齿轮箱中的行星架作为研究对象,评价行星架的断裂强度和高应力区的缺陷容许尺寸。 The working condition of wind turbine gearbox is complex, meanwhile long life and high reliability is also required. As predominantly dynamically stressed component, planet carrier is normally made of cast iron because of the complex structure. In this occasion, non - destructive testing methods such as ultrasound shall be applied in or- der to detect internal flaws in highly stressed areas. According to BS 7910, taking planet carrier in wind turbine gearbox as study object, the fracture strength of planet carrier and maximum allowable flaw size of highly stress areas are evaluated.
