露天矿使用的SF31904型电动轮自卸车,其制动、转向和举升都是由液压系统完成,在车辆的实际运行过程中,经常会遇到由于液压油温高而导致的转向、刹车及举升故障、密封件损坏产生漏油等,这一问题在夏天表现的更加突出。文章详细阐述了SF31904型电动轮自卸车由于液压油温高而导致的各种故障,分析了可能引起油温高的原因,提出了几点具体的预防和治理措施。
The SF31904 wheel dump truck is used by nUOllnguole open coalrmne, its ota~,~H~, steering and lifting is done by a hydraulic system. Faults of braking, steering, lifting and oil leak often occur in working because of the high hydraulic oil temperature. The issue is more obvious in summer. The paper expounds various faults in detail due to the high hydraulic oil temperature, and analyses the reason. Some specific preventive and treatment measures are presented.
