摘要 我国煤炭资源的特点是难燃煤多,高灰、高硫煤比重大,煤质差且波动大,对于煤粉燃烧锅炉运行安全构成严重威胁。风闸制动系统具有煤种适应性广、环境性能好、负荷调节范围大等优点,在火电领域得到迅速发展。不过风闸制动控制系统由于具有多种不确定性因素,难以获得较为完备的知识,难于建模,故采用传统的方法很难获得理想的效果。文章首先详细分析了煤矿发电机组风闸制动系统的功能要求,然后从硬件与软件方面进行了自动化改造,取得了很好的运行稳定性。 The characteristics of the coal resources in China is more difficult to coal-fired, high-ash, high-sulfur coal, the major coal is poor and volatile, and it poses a serious threat to the safety of pulverized coal combustion boiler running. The wind brake system has a coal wide adaptability, good environmental performance, load adjustment range, rapid development in the field of thermal power. However, the wind brake control system has many uncertainties, it is difficult to obtain a more complete knowledge, it is difficult for modeling, so the use of the traditional method is difficult to obtain the desired results. Firstly, the functional requirements of the coal mine turbine wind brake system are analyzed in detail, then from the hardware and software aspects, the automated transformation is carried out, the good operational stability is obtained.
