With the increasing phenomena of flooding accident of coal and small coal mines operating without a license, our government has to attach more importance to the management of mine . As a result, many small coal mines and black coal mines which do not meet the production standards are forced to shut down recently. In traditional process of coal management , the coal quality control is much more important relatively.
