摘要 基于远程控制方案的煤炭业汽车衡称台数据采集系统完全由计算机信息技术公正地管理、记录和控制,不仅可以做到煤矿企业车辆的自动识别,数据自动化采集,同时也避免了人工操作中存在的误差,降低了秤房的日常管理成本。文章首先论述了传统煤炭业汽车衡称台数据采集存在的问题,探讨了煤炭业汽车衡称台数据采集系统的远程控制组成,然后进行了硬件与软件方面的设计探讨。 Truck scale coal industry said the station data acquisition system remote control program weighing process is completely impartial by the computer system management, control and recording, and weighing PCL can use a variety of information technology is real-time monitoring, not only can domanual operation to the automatic identification of a vehicle, the data acquisition automation avoid errors, and can improve the efficiency of vehicle access and to reduce the management costs of the scales housing. The paper first discusses the traditional coal industry, truck scale, said the problems of the station data acquisition, to explore the remote control truck scale coal industry said the data acquisition system, and the hardware and software aspects of the design explore.
