摘要
文章将人力资本划分为技能型和普通型两种,在人力资本门槛理论的基础上引入人力资本边际产出波动假设,拓展了以不同类型人力资本贡献率作为人力资本配置效率度量指标的分析方法,用以评价不同增长类型地区的人力资本配置效率。在理论分析的基础上建立人力资本外部性计量模型,对我国1997~2010年省际经济增长中的人力资本配置效率进行实证检验,结果发现各省人力资本对经济增长均有显著推动作用,但是中西部省份的技能型人力资本配置效率低于东部发达省份。
This paper divides human capital into two types: skilled and ordinary. In order to evaluate the human capital efficiency of different regions, we expand the human capital threshold theory by using human capital' s contribution rate to represent its efficiency. Using the provincial data from 1997 to 2010, we examine the efficiency of human capital allocation. The results shows that human capital played an important role in economic growth, but the efficiency of skilled human capital was nmch more notable in east than in west and middle provinces.
