摘要
目的建立HPLC测定中药木蝴蝶干燥种子中的黄芩苷和白杨素的方法。方法使用岛津2010AHT型高效液相色谱系统,Waters Xtera C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.5mL·L-1甲酸水溶液(50∶50)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,进样量10μL,双波长检测,检测波长分别为黄芩苷280nm,白杨素275nm,柱温为30℃。结果在该色谱条件下,黄芩苷和白杨素分离良好,可在较短时间内对2个化合物进行定量分析。结论该方法快速、稳定,能够用于木蝴蝶的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining the contents of baicalin and chrysin in the semen of Oroxylum indicum (L .)Vent .Method A Shimadzu 2010AHT HPLC system was used .The column was Waters Xtera C18 (150 mm × 4 .6 mm ,5 μm) ,and the mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile and 0 .5 mL · L -1 formic acid solution (50∶50) .The flow rate was 1 .0 mL · min-1 .10 μL of each sample was injected in to the HPLC system .The detector wavelength were set at 280 nm for baicalin and 275 nm for chrysin .Result Baicalin and chrysin were separated well and the determination could be made in a relative-ly short time .Conclusion The established HPLC method is rapid and stable ,and could be used for the quality control of the se-men of Oroxylum indicum (L .)Vent .
