摘要
目的:建立测定乳酸钠林格注射液中微量砷含量的方法。方法:采用原子荧光光谱法。检测波长为193.7 nm,灯电流为60 mA,狭缝宽度为0.4 nm。结果:砷检测质量浓度线性范围为8.0~80.0 ng/m(lr=0.999 0),平均加样回收率为98.7%(RSD=0.6%,n=3),检测限为2 ng/ml。结论:建立的方法准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,适合乳酸钠林格注射液中微量砷的定量分析。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of trace arsenic in Sodium lactate ringer injec- tion. METHODS: Atomic fluorescence spectroscopy was adopted. The determination wavelength was set at 193.7 nm, and the lamp current was 60 mA. The slit-width was 0.4 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of arsenic was 8.0-80.0 ng/ml (r=0.999 0) with an av- erage recovery of 98.7% (RSD^0.6% ,n=3); the detection limit was 2 ng/ml. CONCLUSIONS: The method is accurate, sensi- tive and reproducible, and it is suitable for quantitative analysis of trace arsenic in Sodium lactate ringer injection.
