摘要
以棉秆皮纤维为增强相、聚丙烯为基体相,制备4mm厚、棉杆皮纤维含量为30%(质量分数,下同)的聚丙烯/棉秆皮纤维复合材料薄片,棉秆皮纤维先经NaOH预处理,再经过乙酸酐(浴比30∶1、浸泡30min、温度30℃)改性处理后,复合材料的拉伸断裂强度和弯曲断裂强度都达到最高,相比未改性的分别增大了6.33%和11.72%。
Cotton bast fiber treated with acetic anhydride was used as a reinforcer of polypropylene forming composite sheet of 4 mm thick, when the content of cotton bast fiber was 30 wt%. The cotton bast fiber was treated in a NaOH solution, and subsequently in a bath of acetic anhydride for 30 min at 30 C. The composite sheet acquired excellent tensile and bend strengths, increased by 6.33 %and 11.72 %, respectively.
